TL;DR- My phone tells me the app is recording and the app says it's not. Full review: The has started itself multiple times when not prompted on my personal device. Each time I check (because my green light comes on to show me it's recording audio), it says nothing is being recorded. However, when I force stop the program the light goes away. I did not sign up to be passively monitored during off hours.

the technology on this app is pretty cool. it's not perfect but it records and summarizes the calls and helps me get better which is the point. it doesn't always know who is talking an occasionally thinks I'm the customer or the customer is me which can be annoying. I think the app will get better with time and hopefully I'll be able to change this from 4 stars to 5
