The app lets me make and receive calls but is always slow and freezes about a third of the time just trying to text. I'm also finding it very unintuitive - I can't figure out basics, like setting up my voicemail, or marking conversations as unresolved or deleting them Update: Turns out I can't receive calls only make them. Don't bother with this app.

RingBlaze's app and customer service is okay at best, and there are many frustrating downsides to mobile the apps. For example, you can't make calls from internal contacts, and the mic voice stops working when the screen is turned off. Additionally, early customers who purchased and grandfathered in a calling package, if SMS is required, are being forced to cancel previous contract, convert to a new, more expensive plan that doesn't meet their needs. Addons or pay as you go wont be discussed as of yet

Good, but I'd love it more if the app will work better. The desktop version works just fine but could you guys do some improvement in your notifications? Especially now that you have text messaging feature. Also, the mobile app doesn't work well and it doesn't support text messaging, maybe you can do something about it? Thanks!
