Ratings and reviews

Tried to take away over $20.00 USD of my credits, because I did not use them fast enough. They restored my credits after I complained, but they had nerve enough to be surly about terms and conditions. If you do use this app for international calls, don't be lured into buying too many credits. Your international calling needs may change, as mine did after the death of my mother, and you will be under threat of use it lose it (as per terms and conditions).

Got this app to call businesses in Europe from Canada for an upcoming trip. Had 1 good call to Austria. Then 4 failed calls to Germany (2 different numbers.) I could hear them fine, but they couldn't hear me, no matter what I did. I wasn't on mute, or on speaker. All needed permissions (microphone, etc.) were turned on. They just couldn't hear me. Even keypad presses ('press 2 for ...') didn't go through. A test call to my wife's phone worked fine. If I can't count on it, it's no use to me.

I am currently in the US and tried to make a call using my existing account credit. The app is forcing re-verification by SMS, which I cannot receive while abroad. I have been a customer for several years and have used this app in many countries without issue. Because of this, I will be requesting a full refund of my remaining credit when I return to the UK and deleting the app. Requiring SMS verification on a WiFi or data-based calling app makes no sense and renders it unusable while travelling
