If your looking for an app to manage your barber shop business look no further. This app works smooth and seamlessly. My clients love the option to book online at there convenience and like the appointment reminders sent through text and email. I really like the push notifications I can send out to all my clients keeping them up to date with my schedule changes. The developer has been great to work with and has listened to my feedback and has made great strides to continue to improve the app.

Lots of great feedback from my clients on ease of use, simple to book from barbers end. The app offers a wide range of options to self customize. I had some questions about the app and I've had nothing but top notch service from support. They were prompt in responding to me and took the time to explain. While there are good things; do not choose this service. I have had clients show me that they received emails notifying them that their appointments were at different times than what they had scheduled. I can not select what methods of payment I wish to accept. (Funny considering it is MY business.) The app shows no consistency in charging my clients the deposit that I set. And The option to cancel a client's appointment comes and goes. All of this in turn will make you appear unprofessional.

This doesn't seem right. We did contact you by email and explained how the app works. Client emails are displaying time base on the client timezone, you can cancel appointments, you can select the method of payment, and the deposits are equal to what you set. Please email us at info@ringmybarber.com for anything else we may help with.
