Customer care always forming busy on all channels provided as they don't reply/respond to chats, doesn't respond to phone calls, doesn't keep to details when you lodge a complaint. You can't get transaction history when you buy airtime of which in most cases it doesn't get delivered. Very annoying app with a very BAD customer service. This is not too good for your business. I REPEAT!!!!!

This app was good when it was Ringo, but since transformation to RingoPro, they have become fraudulent in disguise. Sometimes, you buy data without delivering, your money will be deducted (#500) without receiving comission. And if you try to inform their Customer care, they will continue posting you till you are tired of complaining. Before they are the best but now, I can't vouch for them.
