Rarely works properly. Incoming calls work ok, except the voice memo telling you to "Press 1 to accept call" is often cut off. There is no history that ever shows up in the app, and I frequently have to force close the app and reopen to actually make an outgoing call. please add the ability to edit a pasted phone number when trying to use the dial pad. bring unable to add the "1" at the beginning makes this incredibly awkward to use and it takes way longer to make a call than it should

We’re able to route calls smartly, avoid missed opportunities, and present a polished image to clients. What I love most is that the setup didn’t require IT knowledge. And the team behind the product is outstanding. Real humans, quick to assist, no runarounds.

needs a desktop option. the application works great but is missing a major detail. on windows it is a browser only program which causes the application to not fully integrate into windows options. you can not click a website phone number and open it easily into quicktalk. otherwise a great and very useful system and in no way a bash to them I just hope we can see some new version with more stellar opinions included in the newest features regarding it.
