I am quite impressed at the quality service and timely response. They provide a great support for their users which I believe makes them deserving of a 5 star ratings. I've used the platform for trading, and I got my money within a very short time. Although, there still need to improve on the app, and I'm sure with time, they will do so.

I haven't used it I tried to create an account it was successful then I received the message and tapped on confirm email and it redirected me to chrome but the problem is that it keeps loading and never shows anything apart from one message box I don't know what to do I need to confirm my email where is your whatsapp number

Yeah, fast as reliable but very poor non mannered customer care on there on whatsap, doubt how (s)he got the job Lol. Pardon, improve technically, some trades r tagged rejected when they taking too much time to be confirmed or spent on blockchain tradeblock and that frightens traders, I think. Just a suggestion; maybe you should learn tracking transactions accurately to give your customers a better service no matter how long it'd take to be completed. 4 stars for now, well-done, guys.
