Great check in! All digital on the phone. Digital key. Don't have to goto front desk. Awesome

Doesn't work. Gets past the upgrades screen & errors out checking in. Also won't let me remove the credit card info I entered on a previous screen since I've passed the screen. Waste of time.

Downloaded as requested by the hotel so I could check-in and skip the wait, it took a lot of personal information and then failed everytime to check-in. This is a data harvesting app, don't be scammed by it or Rip needs to fix some major problems
