Downloaded as requested by the hotel so I could check-in and skip the wait, it took a lot of personal information and then failed everytime to check-in. This is a data harvesting app, don't be scammed by it or Rip needs to fix some major problems

Unable to complete early check-in, possibly because it wants me to accept a late check out. I don't want a late check out, not for $50.

errors out if you don't choose the late check out up charge.
