Pending transactions should be instant. In my experience with this app,it takes 48 hrs or more for transactions to post,sometimes a week! As soon as we can,we're leaving. Too many mistakes on several of my accounts during their transition to a better "website,app,and processes". All I got,as well as my wife,were headaches and unusable debit cards leaving us with late fees incurred by several of our creditors and being stuck at several stores' registers.They never even offered to reimburse us!!

I opened accounts with RIO Bank. I installed their mobile app to have the ability to conduct my banking business 24 hrs/365 days a year. I scheduled an internal bank transfer to take place on a date that was a Saturday and the transfer has not been completed yet on the following Monday. Made a call to the bank to check on the transfer. I was told that the bank computer system only works during bank business hours Monday through Friday. Thus the online system does not work after hours. NOT GOOD.

The account information lags when it comes to updates. The old app would update immediately. Im wondering if a window can be added showing dates and amounts of fixed automatic withdraws so that people dont get overdrawn as often.
