I feel like the only thing that bring this game to a 4 instead of a 5 is that after you get to a certain point, you get overwhelmed by bombs. They become worse than pop ups on an unprotected computer and so literally all progress is halted until you can get rid of them. It becomes too much, and it feels cheap when im 1 star flower away from making my last emerald, and i end up getting 3 bombs that drop down 1 turn after another and lose because i didnt have the color i needed for the last one.

Game is pretty great. Definitely scratches that classic HexicHD itch. However, it's a shame that the points tracker uses a 64-bit integer, which is SIGNED, so if you go beyond the points cap, you wrap around into the negatives. This means you'd need to use some very precise math and moves to hit the actual points cap instead of wrapping around. Additionally, the leaderboard rounds your score down to the nearest 1000s place, if your score is over roughly 2^60, which is a tad disappointing.

One of the only match switch games I enjoyed and made in the style of the old Hexic game from the 360, however I would suggest there be more game modes added to help. The common complaint a lot of people have is with the quick increase in bombs (which I agree). I think there should just be an "Easy, Medium, Hard" selection like the original Hexic had so you can play without being flooded with bombs constantly. Also there should be a time trial mode as well.
