Ratings and reviews

Ark Homes for Rent is the worst run rental company we have ever been with - out of at least a dozen. I can't wait for our lease to be up. If this is a review of the app only, it also is bad. Putting in a maintenance request is overly difficult and randomly resets the whole request form. It usually takes about 3 tries to put in a request. But I don't know why I bother. They don't repair anything anyway. We literally have water running down our walls during heavy rains.
