The Two Trees tenant app is a new smartphone-enabled tenant experience platform for commercial, office, and retail tenants at Two Trees’ DUMBO office buildings. In addition to providing each user’s tenant-specific credentials to enter the building, the Two Trees App will also be the central hub to manage all communications between tenants and the property management teams for announcements, work order/service requests, amenity reservations, etc.

This app should just allow you to use NFC for key access instead of requiring all these permissions... but for anyone wondering, it looks like the bare minimum permission requirement for key access is just location and nearby devices.

This app never works. The doorman always has to let me through the entry gates. I've been told to uninstall and reinstall the app so many times. never works. wish I just had a regular key card.

The data stealing is real with this app, its like extortion. Pay 100 for the key fob or have this app harvest your personal data and any data on any network your connected too. IT'S A SCAM!!!
