While the eCook stove works perfectly fine, the app and network connectivity are deeply flawed. The stove's network icon mostly stays red and rarely turns green. Because of this, the data doesn't sync properly with the app. ​Most importantly, the electricity usage tracking is completely inaccurate and inverted! On days with heavy cooking, it shows less power consumption, and on days with light cooking, it shows more. Please fix these data bugs and connection issues in the next update.

Their stove is very good and I got two pans with it, which are really useful. And let's not forget the help line, they were very helpful and explained things to me very well. I am very happy with their service. ❤️❤️‍🩹
