Review your latest 360 feedback in a clearer, easier-to-use format. The app helps you move from results to reflection by making patterns, strengths, growth areas, and written feedback easier to understand.

With RiseWithMe, you can:
- sign in securely with a one-time email code
- review your survey list and latest results
- explore category scores, self-versus-others patterns, and written comments
- revisit strengths, development opportunities, and key themes
- manage profile details and account preferences
- use Personal Pulse and goal-related features when they are enabled for your program

RiseWithMe is designed to make the moment after the report more useful. Instead of leaving you with a dense summary to decode on your own, the app helps you reflect on what matters most and carry one clear next step into your work.

What’s new

Adds Sign in with Apple on supported devices, improves language selection before and after sign-in, and updates Android 15 edge-to-edge layout polish. This release also localizes more auth copy and includes stability fixes for secure sign-in and saved profile language.
