The app has a major bug. It uses the first phone number you have listed with the bank for sending authentication codes. At Rising Bank, you can have both home and mobile phone numbers, so if you list your home number first, and it is a landline, you will never receive authentication codes sent by the app. If you use the "Try a different" way option to send another code, the only option is the stupid Authy app, unlike the web site, which actually lets you select you alternate phone numbers.

I'm very happy with the app, and the bank!! The support, when needed, is quick and painless.

App is pretty solid, and bank is legit. Have been transferring back and forth between Capital One and Rising with no issues, and you can see interest accumulating. Havent tried the check picture feature, but everything else is simple enough. Was easy to get rolling.
