WHY THE HARD AI CANNOT BE BEATEN
Tic tac toe is a solved game. With perfect play from both sides it is always a
draw. The Hard opponent searches every remaining position before each move, so
it never makes a mistake you can punish. If you force a draw against it, you
have played the game perfectly - that is the win condition on Hard.

HOW TO PLAY
Two players take turns marking squares on a three by three grid, one as X and
one as O. The first to line up three of their marks in a row - across, down or
diagonally - wins. If the grid fills with no line, the game is a draw. X always
moves first.
