since its a very expensive item i'll rate it 1-star, because it is of no use. cannot find wifi. no matter where i put it. oh, and my wifi works just fine, thanks. i see a lot of same issues with other people here. rituals should fix it with a software update asap. otherwise i stick with 1-star. wasted money

The app doesn't work. It keeps saying technical issues with server. I can't set up the genie. I've just bought this and was so excited to set it up. I really don't want to have to take it back. I've also tried to send an email but the email is returned saying that the address is found 🙈 I'm able to open the app now with the update....but I can't finish the set up process. Just keeps saying grant permission. But I have everything on allowed permission. I don't understand.

I am trying to add Genie, but it asks me to grant permission to get the available networks...is not showing the option to grant such permissions. It has v4.0.4 I reinstalled the app, and now it tells me that something went wrong, that you are experiencing technical issues with your servers to try again or come back later. The product is not cheap, honestly, I would have expected a better experience with the app.
