App keeps crashing when trying to do video inspection. App CONSTANTLY requires login (thankfully it's thumbprint, but sheesh, it's SUPER annoying). Used the contact support, nobody called me back. Requested a callback, nobody called me back. Called them, they were quite abrupt on the phone and said someone would call back. Utter rubbish app.

The new app is rubbish. Require login every time and need otp (one time password) to be send to the phone before i can use it. That is the last thing you want when u had an accident and need assistance. Tried the call me back option, no one called me back. I had a breakdown and tried using the report emergency, no one responded. Had to call several numbers before someone fonally answered. Rubbish app,service and sipport.

Eventually connnected after 4 attempts. On initial inspection have your driving licence and passport to hand they will ask you to pop the hood of the bonnet and will ask you to start the engine and will ask you to lift up the mats inside.
