Great app for automobile insurance. So easy and friendly to use.

The new app is rubbish. Require login every time and need otp (one time password) to be send to the phone before i can use it. That is the last thing you want when u had an accident and need assistance. Tried the call me back option, no one called me back. I had a breakdown and tried using the report emergency, no one responded. Had to call several numbers before someone fonally answered. Rubbish app,service and sipport.

There was initially an issue with staff hanging up the phone stating that no English speaking staff were available. Eventually got through and the service was excellent.
