TooAi is an offline AI toolkit for Android. A local LLM chat, a system-wide AI writer, and four on-device scanning tools — all running on your own phone. No account, no subscription, nothing uploaded to a server.

Import a model file and chat with it entirely on your device. TooAi runs on LiteRT-LM, so small models like Gemma 3 and Qwen2.5 answer straight from your phone's hardware — even in airplane mode.

Scan paper documents, receipts and notes with automatic edge detection and cropping. Every scan is saved as a PDF you can share or delete from an in-app list.

• Requires Android 8.0 or newer
• Offline AI chat and the AI Writer require Android 12 or newer, plus a model file you supply
• Language models are not bundled — you import your own, so the download size stays small
• Bigger models need more RAM; 1B–2B parameter models suit most phones
• Scanning, OCR and cutout features use Google Play Services on-device modules, which download once and then work offline
• On some Samsung devices the text-selection entry must be enabled under Settings, and appears after TooAi has been opened once
