RKC: Swiss Manager is a complete chess tournament manager for arbiters, clubs and organizers. Pair rounds, enter results and publish live standings — right from your phone, and fully offline.
PAIRINGS YOU CAN TRUST
The app runs the official FIDE (Dutch) System, powered by the JaVaFo pairing engine — the reference program for FIDE Swiss pairings. Colours, byes, floats and score groups all follow the FIDE rules, so your results hold up. And because the engine runs on your device, you can pair a full round with no internet at all.

Category and age-group winners are highlighted automatically.
RATINGS AND TITLES BUILT IN
Look players up by name and pull their rating and FIDE title straight into your roster. Search FIDE ratings or your national federation's list. Import a full roster from CSV or paste a list — ratings and titles sync to the source of truth.

RUN THE EVENT YOUR WAY
• Full-point, half-point and zero-point byes; withdrawals and forfeits
• Manual colour and board control when you need it
• Delete and re-pair the last round
