About this app

Assign MIDI parameters to virtual sliders for hassle-free control of your sound.

Note: You will need a USB cable to connect your instrument to your phone (if your instrument supports MIDI over USB), otherwise you can use a MIDI to USB converter with an appropriate USB adapter for your phone.

Features:
- Eight full-assignable sliders, which can control multiple MIDI parameters simultaneously
- Four scenes, for quickly recalling the levels of all eight sliders at the touch of a button
- Cross-fading between scenes for smooth transitions
- Learn mode: move a knob or button on your instrument, and the app will assign the modified parameter to a slider
- Adjustable start/end points for MIDI parameters, as well as polarity (positive applies to the top half of the slider only, negative to the bottom half)
- Select between different mapping functions for MIDI parameters: linear, curved (adjustable), and step

By default, the app will respond to external program change commands from your instrument, allowing you to set up a different preset for each program (sound) on your instrument. This can be disabled in the menu (tap the right edge of the screen between the scene buttons to access the menu).

Usage:
- Press and hold a slider to assign parameters to it
- Press and hold a scene button (A – D) to assign the current slider positions to that scene. Move the dot between scenes to cross-fade.

In addition to standard MIDI Control Change (CC) parameters, some manufacturer-specific (system exclusive) messages can also be learnt too*.

*Not guaranteed to work with all manufacturers’ products, due to the proprietary nature of these messages.
