Feedline turns your phone into a live broadcast encoder. Point it at YouTube, Twitch, or any RTMP or SRT server and go live.

Most streaming apps are judged on what they do when everything works. Feedline is built for the other case — the tunnel, the crowded venue wifi, the phone that gets hot halfway through a two-hour service. It degrades instead of dying.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT

• Adaptive bitrate that reads the send queue, not just throughput. Congestion shows up in the outbound buffer a second or two before a connection actually fails — that is the window where backing off still helps. Feedline backs off hard, recovers slowly, and remembers which bitrates failed, so it settles instead of sawtoothing.

• Reconnects into the same broadcast. A dropped connection does not end your stream. Feedline keeps retrying the same endpoint and rejoins the broadcast already in progress, so your viewers see a buffer and then you are back — not "stream ended".

• Thermal protection. When the phone gets hot, quality steps down gracefully instead of the encoder missing its deadline and taking the stream with it.

• Audio/video drift correction. Over a long broadcast the camera and audio clocks slowly disagree. Feedline measures the drift and resynchronises before it becomes visible.

• Handles interruptions. Phone calls, headphones in or out, a microphone plugged in mid-session — all handled without dropping the stream.

• An operator HUD that tells the truth. Send-queue depth, drop risk, thermal state and A/V drift, not just a bitrate number.

GOOD TO KNOW

Feedline needs the camera and microphone to capture, and keeps the screen awake while you are broadcasting. External USB microphones are detected automatically, including mid-session.

Streaming requires an ingest URL and stream key from your platform. For YouTube, use the persistent stream key from the Stream tab and turn off auto-stop so a brief network drop cannot end your broadcast.
