About this app

Siraj is a beautiful, private, ad-free Islamic companion — the Quran, prayer times, Qibla, duas and more — built to respect your faith and your privacy.

YOUR FAITH IS NOT FOR SALE
No ads. No trackers. No analytics. We never sell your data — ever. The Quran, prayer times, Qibla and duas all work fully offline. Your location is used only on your device to calculate prayer times and the Qibla, and it never leaves your phone.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED
• The complete Quran — Arabic text with English translation (Pickthall) and Latin transliteration
• Tafsir — verse-by-verse commentary in English (al-Jalalayn)
• Accurate prayer times with adhan notifications — every major calculation method, plus Hanafi and Shafi'i
• Qibla compass — precise direction to the Kaaba
• Duas and adhkar — authentic supplications for morning, evening, travel, food and more
• Hifz — memorize the Quran with spaced-repetition review
• Tasbih counter, the 99 Names of Allah, and the Hijri calendar
• Audio recitation from renowned reciters
• Bookmarks, highlights and personal notes

ARABIC-FIRST
Designed Arabic-first with full right-to-left support — and you can switch to English anytime.

HONEST PRICING
Siraj is free. There are no subscriptions and no ads. An optional one-time purchase unlocks Study Tools (offline tafsir and every reciter) if you would like to support development — but everything essential for worship is free forever.

Quran translation: Pickthall (English, public domain). Tafsir: al-Jalalayn (English). Prayer times are calculated on your device.

May Siraj be a light upon your journey.

What’s new

Siraj has a new backdrop drawn from its own geometric patterns. The Study Tools purchase button no longer gets stuck, the Rate option opens the Play Store, and the rating request waits until you have used Siraj on several days.
