About this app

The MAGIC VIEWER application allows you to monitor your cameras online. It is easily to use and designed to make your surveillance solution to be simplified. Users can access playback and directly save files to the phone to export to others. The application has different customized settings for every customer and allows users to remove and add features based on their needs.

Ratings and reviews

Could be better. Doesn't always load right away. Sometimes you have to force close the app a few times to get it to work. Picture is clear. Fast forward and rewind are a little jumpy. You scroll to 130pm and sometimes it jumps to a different time. Not horrible but definitely could be a lot better.

App keeps locking up on my Android and I have to keep on uninstalling and reinstalling. Only works for an hour or so, then locks up again. Frustrating! 6/8/21 update: Still locking up. Having to uninstall/reinstall the App for about the 7th time in one week. Interesting! I see that the last update was May 18, 2021 and all of the negative reviews started soon thereafter, all saying the same as me. Hmmm? Deleloper might want to do something. Edit: 7/9/21 - Reloading for about the 30th time. POS!!!

I just updated my phone to a Samsung galaxy S25 ultra. The app crashes when I switch between 4 camera view to 9 camera view or 16 camera view. It happens all the time on my new phone. It didn't happen before on my old Samsung phone. Please fix it. And let me know if I can help you with more information.
