Terrible and Sporadic Service! Had ADT for years and NEVER a problem. Changed to this APP to save money but can't be depended on. Works only a handful of times throughout the week. Most undependable APP and service I have ever seen . Why would anyone use this! Worst and costliest mistake I have ever made! NEVER ever download this APP! No customer service at all! Even the installer keeps making excuses. Total waste of money!!

Great app that is both reliable and easy to use. I have this setup for our cameras at our office and it makes seeing those remotely if needed simple. Navigating playback to review footage or taking a screenshot of something suspicious is very handy. A lot of reviews seem to not understand some networking issues. Ports can close for a lot of different reasons, it is not the apps fault. As long as the credentials are correct this app works flawlessly.

Developers: The latest update has the top and bottom rows pushed off screen. It covers up the app buttons by the phone's software top and bottom strips. Also playback doesn't connect. 5 stars when fixed. pixel 8 pro
