Immediately upon the splash screen opens for the first time and we are asked about our mobile number and mail, I filled the correct details. When I tried to generate the OTP, the app gives an internal server error. Checked it multiple times. Restarted the phone, again same result. Internet is working fine and the mobile is running the latest update. It's very discouraging.

The Application have lots of technical glitches. UI interface very poor and unstable. 1. Often failed to generate OTP after providing mobile number. Why not allowed to authentication with email also. Even though otp come, but no place to verify. 2. I was successful in login once, purchase long report. Happy with that. But, unable to select customised report with my choices.

I'm extremely disappointed with this app. Even after entering the correct OTP multiple times, I am unable to log in. The app either freezes or shows an error message saying "Invalid OTP," even though the OTP is correct and within the valid time. I’ve tried reinstalling the app and even clearing cache/data, but nothing worked. This issue has made the app completely unusable for me. I hope the developers look into this serious problem and fix it in the next update. Until then, I cannot recommend
