Ratings and reviews

Enroute/toll tracking are both garbage. For years now. Constantly rips you off on tolls and consistently sends notifications of 'we see you're running late and are 13 min away' when you're literally on site with the customer staring at their vehicle. You'll be 5 min away, and the system will tell the customer you're running 20 min late. Leading to upset customers and canceled calls. This from a multimillion dollar nationwide company. Honk should be embarrassed by how bad their app is.

I was a bit uneasy using an app I never heard of and entering my info and payment before I knew anything except the quote but I'm very pleased! They gave the lowest quote around the response was very fast. From downloading the app to having my vehicle up and running it was only 30 minutes. Very informative between entering your quote to service guy arrival. So pleased with the app and service!!! Highly recommend 100%

The app is pretty much useless. Spent almost a half hour trying just to get it connected to a driver before I gave up. I ended up missing an important meeting. Fortunately I was able to get a taskrabbit to my location and paid a fraction for what I would have initially paid.
