Research and experience written down, well worth the cost associated with the packages and extremely helpful to make you understand what each route requires from you, aiding you in decisions. It's nice to have them all in one place as well, previously I'd hoarded bookmarks and had to look through multiple sites to find what I needed sometimes for one trail. This work has alleviated me of that issue. I also like that you can purchase areas you need one at a time.

About halfway functional. The map to the trailhead doesn't work without an internet connection even if you've downloaded local maps through Google. One of the canyon routes on their website for Moab isn't in the app (bow and arrow). Pictures don't work without an internet connection. The gps trail map is fairly low quality and in at least one case (dragonfly) the map was offset from the real world. All in all, fairly disappointing for a pay app.

Be sure to “Check for Updates” in settings, the app has updates regularly as new descriptions are added and older ones updated. Sorry the maps didn’t work for you. The maps are USGS 7.5’ quads. Opening google maps is now supported even when offline, though won't work if google hasn't already downloaded the data. Happy road tripping!

yeah no. I'm not paying $8 "per" location for information that is otherwise free. An enormous amount of the information available on this app is available elsewhere and has been for years. It's essentially repacking existing public data behind a paywall. Skip this and grab one of the many free alternatives that offer the same information and a lot more functionality for less. these pretentious in-app premiums for the same information with a vastly inferior UI makes no sense to me.

I want to clarify that all trips in the app were done by myself and written by me personally. I don’t copy content from other sources. I understand that information exists in many places online. What I provide is curated, detailed, and organized to help people have extraordinary adventures. The small fee per area helps grow and improve the app.
