About this app

Cupmark is a specialty-coffee companion for learning the craft, brewing with a guide, and keeping a clear record of what changed in the cup.

It is built for home brewers, baristas, roasters, and anyone who wants the next cup to taste better than the last.

LEARN
Specialty Academy lessons cover coffee fundamentals through sensory training. Daily practice gives you a short set of tasks: something to learn, something to brew, and something to taste. Quizzes, flashcard rounds, and review of missed questions help the material stick. A weekly focus highlights two topics at a time, and streaks reward showing up.

BREW
Choose a method, follow a recipe, and brew with step-by-step timing. Methods include V60, Chemex, AeroPress, French press, moka pot, espresso, and cold brew, with curated recipes for each.

After you taste the cup, Cupmark reads your notes and suggests one concrete change, such as a finer grind or a different pour. Compare experiments side by side so you can see whether that change actually improved the rating. An extraction calculator accepts a refractometer reading when you want yield and TDS numbers.

TASTE
Run cupping sessions with a professional scoring structure, and train your palate with Triangle Tests. Over time, your own cups build a personal taste profile.

PROGRESS AND COMMUNITY
Rated brews, cupping, and quizzes earn XP on a rank ladder, with a skill breakdown for brewing, sensory work, and knowledge. Publish recipes, try brews from other people, join weekly challenges, and see where you stand on the leaderboard.

AI COACH
Ask Master Neravio about roasting, brewing, or tasting. Answers are connected to your recent cups when that history is available. The coach is a brewing assistant. Suggestions can be wrong for your equipment, water, or coffee, so use your own judgment, especially around temperature, cleanliness, and freshness.

LANGUAGES
English, Arabic, and French.
