The app has loaded old information, from a prior RH experience, instead of using the resume I uploaded. Now the contact information is wrong and I cant change it. The app isnt even using the email address I signed up with! That's a massive problem. Developer responded, but did not address the actual problem and was not honest. In an email, they acknowledge a known issue with the app and that I must go to the desktop site to fix it. Fail for the app problem, double fail for lying about it

Piece of junk. It freezes all the time, have to uninstall and reinstall which is too much to be dealing with all the time after long hours of work. Update: more issues with this app, it doesnt give me any option to download pay stubs on my phone and to view and copy/share them how I want. I do everything on the go on my phone and this app is missing so many options for people like me.

The app has a good feel but is lacking key section for current assigned Associates. The posted image indicates that 'Timesheet' is included. Unfortunately, it's not included in this app. That need to be fixed. Otherwise, it does not make sense to have this app version, if you are already on an assignment for RHI. Hope this helps to get someone in the IT unit to fix this oversight.

Great news Radcliffe, we are currently in the final stages of testing fully native time entry that will be fast and quickly accessible! That will be coming in April (next month) as part of our next release!
