Your app does not work. I used to have access when I was in the Philippines. When I moved abroad and when you updated your system, I lost all access, and no matter what I try (open a new account, log into my account, etc.), I only get a system error on your end. Imagibe having zero access to your bank for one year while you are not in the country. It's a complete disaster. Gladly I have 3 other banks with well functioning apps. But this bank I would never recommend to anyone who lives abroad.

The app needs to be updated. It says PHIC is allowed but there was no option for PHIC. And also, it took me like 10 minutes just to scan my face and tilt my head and another five minutes just to scan my ID but to find out it always promot INVALID/EXPIRE. It was meant to serve users for easier access but it turns out to give more hassle to the users. Please fix this app. It was promising but needs an update.

I cannot sign up, it says there that the system is updating, try again later. I've tried countless times and it is still the same. I still have to visit the branch to open a payroll account, it is not convenient for me as it will require a 1 hr travel time and transpo expenses. I wish they could address this kind of problem. This is one of the requirements for the job offer!
