Ratings and reviews

As someone who has been playing for the past 11 years, I feel like I'm obligated to say that this is one of the best platforms out there, otherwise I never would've been playing this long. That aside, there are quite a few issues regarding connection. I'm on a brand new phone, a 2025 MotoG Stylus 5G, but it almost always kicks me using error code 279, when there is no problem with my Wi-Fi. Please, fix this, otherwise my rating will keep going down.

The app is amazing, I love it. One thing though, I wish there was a way to access items you've favorited from the market place/inventory bc I find it unnecessary that I have to go to my full account, click on favorites, click on the item I'd like to buy/take off, and then repeatedly do the same process for every item, Please look into this!!

I keep trying to use advanced options to add more accessories. But no matter how much I click any different section, Say like the body, Clothing, Accessories, Animations, Any one of them. I can't even go to it, It doesn't let me. Further more I can't use all the accessories I want to buy. Can you PLEASE fix it? I haven't been able to use it for 5 years by now.
