Honestly at first, I didn't reject the VNG's takeover of the game. They introduced an easier and cheaper way to buy Robux, and offered an all-round smooth gameplay. Since then, it has just been disappointment after disappointment, from removing household name games, stripping access to the chat system completely, to limiting the player's screen time. I get that they're just complying with the government rules, but at some point there's gotta be a limit.

All the good games are banned. Private servers still don't work even after months and the overall quality has dropped so much after the app got updated. All the robux spent on old games are gone and can't be refunded in any way and even the most kid friendly games have disappeared. My playtime has dropped so much because of vng and I am so disappointed in so many ways, the whole thing Is a mess and the numerous issues have yet to be addressed.

In order to join your private server, you have to go to the web and join it. Extremely finicky and inconvenient. Moreover, whoever's region-locking the game clearly didn't check it beforehand. The best solution here is to fix the prevalent bugs and do not impose restrictions. Additionally: they are performative. Once everything settled down, they will roll the update back. They only want games that profits off kids and brainrot.
