The marketing says you can control the mower from "anywhere." Instead you have to be very close to the mower to connect by Bluetooth. For some reason your phones location is "required" to use this program. Location permission is NOT required for Bluetooth scanning. It also seems that somehow Google Play Services are required to use geofence? You can't view the location of the mower. Thus, someone can steal mower. Mower itself seems to have superior features vs others. No reply from CS..

This app does not deserve any stars. It is extremely unreliable. I have been able to let my mower mow the lawn exactly two times. After that, it has been refusing to connect, unable to send any commands, unable to connect to the server (why in the world is a remote server a crucial component to mow a simple lawn?!?!). Support has been anything but helpful: remote server being down for several days in a row, telling me that "they cannot do anything about the app malfunctioning on my device"...

Great app works well worth the rt700. One thing that would be good would be the ability to set individual active hours for different days as I work from home different days of the week and only let it mow when I'm here and also to show an actual percentage of battery charge. Highly recommend though.
