Poor app, showing the area is inactive since yesterday, tried to reach customer support, in chat they said this is a technical issue will solve after a few moments but it didn't. Customer service should be improved.

They are so irresponsible. No contact number or anything to reach them. Very poor service. The app are showing unavailable most of the area in dhaka. Just pathetic.

The service is very useful. I ordered two times and in both times the maid did what I wanted. I liked their behaviour because they were professional. But during rush hour it's difficult to find maids like on fridays. So I think more maids are needed on weekends. But I loved this service and app. It's very user friendly and helpful.
