Ratings and reviews

Both the previous version of this app and the current 2.0 release are faulty. Their customer service is also subpar. I placed an order, made the payment in advance, yet the app shows no record of my order. When I called customer service, they were completely unaware of the order. They mentioned they would place the order manually, but after three calls and waiting nearly three hours, they still couldn’t confirm it. It's absolutely ridiculous!

i used twice. maids were good both times. customer support is a little tricky. i just tell their whatsap to 'call me' and a customer agent calls me and helps me with my problem. i hope they are parying the maids a good share.

Worst customer service, they made me wait for 3 days and then later cancelled my request. I have patiently waited but no one ever called though their live chat kept on telling me that someone will call. The live chat is super late to reply all the time. Overall it was a very bad experience and I'll never suggest this app to anyone.
