Botwaip is the app that allows business advisors to handle incoming conversations via WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger, all from their phones.
Everything in one place: the chat, the customer's profile, and the order. No need to switch between apps or return to your computer.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Respond with text, photos, files, and voice notes
• Take chats from the queue or receive them from a colleague
• Leave internal notes that the customer doesn't see
• Send approved templates and quick replies
• View the customer's profile: their information, history, and orders
• Create an order without leaving the conversation, using products from the catalog

DESIGNED FOR DAILY WORK
Each advisor only sees the conversations of the bots assigned to them. The administrator sees all team members' notifications and can take or transfer any of them.
Notifications are separated by type, so you can mute order notifications without missing a chat assigned to you.

Botwaip is a tool for companies already using the platform. Accounts are created by your company administrator; it's not possible to register through the app.
