Chanda BooK helps Mandapam owners, committee members and collectors manage Chanda collections, donations, expenses, members, sponsor gifts, receipts, announcements and financial reports in one app.
💰 CHANDA & DONATION MANAGEMENT
Record donor name, mobile number, address, amount, date, payment method, collector details and notes.
Supported contribution types:
• Cash / Amount
• Physical Goods such as rice, sugar, oil and other materials
• Sponsor Gifts such as Ganesh Idol, Mandapam, lights, decoration, sound system and other sponsored items
Cash, UPI and Bank options only record the payment method. Chanda BooK does not collect or process donor payments.
🎁 SPONSOR GIFTS
Manage festival sponsors separately. Record sponsors for Ganesh Idol, Mandapam, decoration, lights, sound system, food, prasadam and other festival needs.
💸 EXPENSE MANAGER
Track expenses such as decoration, flowers, pooja items, prasadam, food, lighting, sound system, band, transport, cleaning and other costs.
Add category, vendor/shop name, amount, payment method, date and notes. Quickly view Total Chanda, Total Expenses and Current Balance.
🧾 DIGITAL RECEIPTS
Generate Chanda receipts after recording contributions.
Receipts can include Mandapam name, donor name, amount, receipt number, date, payment method and collector name.
You can:
• Share receipt images through WhatsApp and compatible apps
• Save receipts as images
• Use Android system printing
• Print using supported Bluetooth Classic ESC/POS thermal printers
• Use supported 58 mm or 80 mm printer formats

👥 MEMBERS & COLLECTORS
Every registered user gets a unique Member ID.
Mandapam owners can add members and collectors to an existing Mandapam. Members can join without creating their own group.
Owners can manage permissions for recording Chanda, adding expenses, viewing records, managing members and sending announcements.
