Funds are being debited from your account without prior authorization. Yesterday, a charge of $24.99 was processed for an Smmhub subscription, followed by an additional charge of $39.99 today. This is unacceptable.

The unsubscription and cancellation of the application fee is a complete nightmare. The process is deliberately confusing, time-wasting, and feels like a scam. Instead of being transparent and fair, the company makes it as difficult as possible to cancel. Terrible customer experience — I would strongly advise others to stay away.

I hate this app bro !! it did not deliver what was meant to be delivered and suddenly I'm not even getting my money back? for something I didn't even use for an hour. don't buy the subscription it's also hard to cancel the subscription 😕 is anybody still getting charged after you cancelled the subscription?? coz we're in July I bought it on may and there still charging my account
