Ring Manager is the official mobile companion for club stewards running dog show judging ring-side with RocketEntries — replacing paper steward sheets with a fast, reliable digital workflow.

Note: Ring Manager requires an active steward account issued by your club through RocketEntries. It's not a general dog show app for exhibitors or spectators — sign in with your steward username, password, and club code, or scan a QR access code from your Head Steward.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Check dogs in as present or absent for each class
• Grade entries using your club's own grading vocabulary
• Rank placements, with locale-aware ordinals
• Review a summary before confirming and closing a class
• Decide breed-level awards — Best of Breed, Best of Opposite Sex, and more
• Run Grand Finals for the whole show (Head Stewards)
• Move a dog to the correct class if it was entered wrong (Head Stewards)
• Email judging results and award certificates straight to exhibitors (Head Stewards)
• Log ring incidents and review a ring's full history at any time

BUILT FOR THE RING, NOT THE OFFICE
Ring-side wifi is never guaranteed. Ring Manager is offline-first: every check-in, grade, and placement saves to your device immediately and syncs automatically the moment you're back online — nothing is lost if the connection drops mid-class.

ONE APP, PHONE OR TABLET
Ring Manager works on both phones and tablets, so you can use whatever device fits your ring setup.

Ring Manager talks to the same RocketEntries backend as our iOS app, so your show data stays consistent across every steward's device.
