Worst experience ever. Their high ratings must be fake. Support is a complete scam: they apologize, ask for a Booking ID, and then vanish. You have held my money for over a month past our agreed timeline. Are you using my funds to play the stock market? It is unacceptable to hold refunds this long and ignore deadlines. They have zero integrity and don't stick to their words. Do not trust them!
