First of all I've been charged for more than what was shown on the checkout. Second, when received my order, some items were missing. I asked for help and then only got refunded for one fifth of the value of those missing items. Also, the value they refunded, was actually the much I've "extra paid" after the checkout! Customer service here is non-existent. My burger came without toppings, just bun and meat even though it's ok in the picture. It turns out i had to use "extra toppings" to have something on the burger. When I called the customer service, the agent was rude and only thing he suggested, that i have to call the restaurant myself. Not ordering anything else via this app.

This app used to provide a great service Unfortunately customers service is atrocious, they should seriously consider answering to customers e-mails & and look into customers complaints and reply to them. Delivery drivers are usually well mannered and helpfull , they merit all my respect especially when they deliver in heavy rain. You're not alone in this your competition also has to improve.
