Game is classic and one of the best ever, I will talk only about port. Random sound glitches from minor to heavy. Controls are frustrating: movement is very hard to maintain straight, fire and BT buttons should be available on both hands, stucking fire button quickly leaves you with empty clips, gameplay imply heave usage of quicksave so it should be available on HUD. Not to mention, I could finally play it only recently, as for years it was crushing on different devices. There is room for imprv

Looks sharper than the console versions but controls worse. There's no crouch option. It's missing slowed down sound & graphical effects. Looks sharper & loads faster, but it's been toned down which makes no sense. If the PS2 could handle it, any modern device can. No shell casings, dropped magazines or character shadows. Using bullet time just isn't fun here. It's just much easier to run n gun. At least you can skip the garbage dream levels now. Where is MP2? This came out 12 years ago

I bought it with the fear that it would be a mediocre experience, but I'm glad I was wrong. The touchscreen responds well (except when you die, when reloading sometimes the joystick movement does not respond quickly), the graphics are excellent, I have not witnessed bugs (except once minimal) and the experience remains fascinating thanks to Sam Lake. Its only problem is in the highest difficulty, a single shot leaves you on the canvas or kills you, that did not happen in the other versions.
