Doesn't open up past 'retrieving your info' and 'problem, try again later'. As a new consultant, I would love to get use of the tools on there, but can't seem to access anything! ****update! I reached out to the support team, which was extremely responsive and helpful! Took a little while to figure out what to tweak on phone etc. But finally was able to successfully sign in today!!! So excited to get the most out of this app! Thanks again!

Difficulties opening past the "sit tight gathering your information" would wait more than 5 minutes and eats the battery on my phone trying to keep loading. Have Uninstalled several times and restarted. The old pulse app would be a little slow too, but at least it would open and get to all my information. Very disappointing and makes it difficult to support orders and customers in a timely manner.

Love how everything is consolidated in one app...really makes it simple! However, with links to log into my comms corner or library, I get kicked out (logged in for one moment and then instructed to enter email + pw again). This cycle happens all the time to the point where I have to access comms corner and library from my laptop. Will uninstall and reinstall to see if that helps. Another part where the app takes a while or gets stuck is logging daily activities. Hope the glitches resolve!
