Rogers blocked a refund. My bill is due very soon. App is giving me a "Missing or wrong data of the field" every time I attempt to send a message to initiate a chargeback or investigation. I am out of country so calling is not feasible. if you want sky high anxiety, use this app. Moving forward I will be looking to moving my phone, internet, cable, and credit card needs to a more reliable company.

Do the Devs even test the app prior to releasing an update? Latest version on Android (Samsung here) has many UI elements appearing behind the top status bar and lower navigation bar of my device. Also, tons of words and UI elements are just straight up missing, along with the letter 'e' in a bunch of places. What on earth? It's like someone did a "find and replace" and just used blank spaces. Terribly developed app.

The app sucks and customer support are incompetent. If your transactions are below your cashback redemption limit it doesn't show them. I lowered my cashback limit and it still doesn't show the transactions. Called customer support to have them redeem the points for me on Shaw (bonus cashback eligible) transaction, and they redeemed it at the NORMAL (non-bonus) rate. Another rep said they'd credit me back the difference but it doesn't show in the app... FIX this please
