Can't View My Statements — For over a week now, I've been unable to view my statements on both the Rogers Bank website and the mobile app. I've tried everything — different browsers, reinstalling the app — nothing works. As a bank, reliable access to your own account should be the bare minimum. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.

why must I agree to electronic statements rather than sticking with paper invoices, to use the app? it makes no sense. it says I can switch back, but I would need to call and talk to someone for that. And like all things dealing with billing, once you go paperless, if you want to go back, they will start charging you each time they send you your monthly statement. It's a pathetic attempt of a cash grab.

I'm sorry but the actual heck??? This app is literally like a student project that hasn't been completed. I can't even login without having to enter my credentials every time, and it doesn't remember me even when I click remember me?
