Alerts are really bad in the app. I keep getting multiple texts for the same transaction on multiple days. Update: 2022 Aug 04 Explanation given by the customer care is not satisfactory. Rogers is the only financial institution that I deal with that has this issue. I need to check every time if the transaction is fraud. Poor customer experience. You would think that 2 years is more than enough to fix this, but no!

Hi, sorry you experienced this issue.Until the transaction is posted on your account you may receive multiple texts until the rate is confirmed by the merchant.For ex. while the transaction is still pending, the merchant will send the initial purchase & if it is a foreign transaction and the the market rate changes they would send the final amount

The app hasn't been working right for over a month. I just tried reinstalling it and it's still not opening. I also called and let one of the reps know it hasn't been working but she wasn't very helpful when it came to the app. Please fix the issue with the app so I can use it, thank you

The app never works! For the past 2 months I've been trying to get into my account and it does not recognize the device that I've been using since day one and I never get the verification emails. Very inconvenient.
