This app is really janky. I could not send a message inside the app to get support. Just a vague error, "Validation Failed. Missing or wrong data of the field." Also, I can only get cash back for purchases over $100 even though they say it can be done for purchases as low as $10. I want to redeem for my FIDO bill to get the 1.5 reward multiplier, but it is less than $100. The credit card is great for Rogers/FIDO customers but if we can't use the app, it's no so great.

Hi Brian, you may have set the minimum redemption amt to $100. If you sign in to the Rogers Bank app and tap the black circle on the home page to open your cash back rewards. Tap settings to review the amt set on the Minimum Amount field. You can update this amount to $10. For further assistance please call the number on the back of your card.

Needs a lot of work. Extremely slow to open statements. Having to apply a "filter" to see transactions from previous months is bad. Transactions showing in rewards redemption do not match statements, gas stations will still show the hold amount ($250) long after. When redeeming rewards the balance is removed, but doesn't show on your statement, so you need to keep track if you ever receive those funds. Horrible that Rogers won't let you redeem rewards online and forces you to use this garbage.

I had a credit card with them for maybe 10 years. Always paid my bill and never contested any charge. End of April 2024 There was 3 transaction within a few minutes on my card that i did not made. Reported them and now over 2 months later they say that i made those transaction and they refuse to protect me. Further more, i asked to be transferred to someone who could help me close my account, i was angry but always polite and calm, still they just cut the line on me. Very classy.
