Ratings and reviews

They remove the rewards (cash back) you've earned after a certain period of time. Who has the time to click on each transaction in order to redeem? Either that or you need to call in to redeem everything and if you forget then you lose the rewards which can be hundreds that could have went to reducing my balance like before. Not using the card anymore or the app due to corporate greed.

The card's modest extra cashback over competitors iis not worth the hassle and admin overhead of dealing with the app and extra friction. Cherries on top are where their process is taken straight out of the 1990s. You have to mail them an agreement and cheque to get any automated bill payments set up, and there are no push notifications to allow you to monitor transactions. I appreciate that the day I got their card they nerfed its terms, so I can cancel it. I just regret the credit hit.

Doesnt open no matter what i do Says temporarily unavailable we expect this issue to be resolved shortly. Please try again later. so now there is an update and it says it is not compatible with my phone or something like that... amazing app! now it says my phone is incompatible.
