This app literally freezes daily. When it works, it's great, but that isnt often. Ie. I've been trying to watch an episode for the last 6 days. If I can even get into the app it is +++ slow. Ive deleted and redownloaded the app many times. 2x it started but no video, only audio. All other five million attempts say "there was an error attempting to stream. Please try again later". This has been my experience for years. I only keep it because it's my only way to watch the Bachelor.

I love the shows that Citytv airs and I love the option to watch at a later date, but I would love it even more if the app ran smoother. Ads freeze and majority of the time I have to restart the app to get it to start working again, usually multiple times. I don't mind sitting through ads, but it is frustrating dealing with this issue. Also a lot of time the app will tell me there was an issue playing this title, and I'll be halfway through a show.

This app is basically unusable. By the time the many ads are finished playing it fails to load what you requested to watch and forces you to watch more ads just to repeat the process. If by some miracle it does play a segment of your chosen program it repeats this process at the next ad break and after that forgets where in the episode you left off. Forcing you to watch more ads. Once again, this app is basically unusable.
