About this game

WHAT IS TIC?
Tic! is a unique game with no sounds or visuals. Tic! uses haptic feedback (small vibrations) in order to provide interactive, immersive gameplay! Just hold your phone in your hand, and tap away!

HOW DOES TIC WORK?
When you start, you'll feel a rhythm of 5 to 8 “Tics” (haptic vibrations). Your goal is to recreate the rhythm by tapping it anywhere on the screen. If your timing of your taps is close enough to the original, you win! If not, Tic! will replay the rhythm for you to try again. It sounds simple, but getting the timing just right is a fun challenge!

Tic's Best Features:

ANYTIME:
Unlike fidget toys and stress balls, Tic! is with you all the time, ready to help out whenever you're bored!

ANYWHERE:
You can play Tic! anywhere without zoning out of your surroundings! (ex: in a movie theater, during a meeting, etc.)

ANYONE:
Almost anyone can play Tic!, even those who are sick or have certain disabilities. Tic includes TalkBack accessibility support to make sure it's game fun for everyone!

EYE STRAIN:
Tic! offers a less stimulating alternative to social media and other games, perfect for when you want to give your eyes a break!

COMPATIBILITY:
Tic! is designed to work on all Android phones. If you're unsure whether your phone is supported, feel free to email us your device model at freestyle.feedback@gmail.com. Since every Android device is unique, if you experience any issues after downloading the app, please reach out to. We’ll guide you on how to get the app working & update the app as needed to ensure it runs smoothly on your device.

HAVE A QUESTION?
We would love to hear it! Please reach out to us at freestyle.feedback@gmail.com

(One more thing. We have added accessibility support within Tic!, but if there is anything else we can do to make the app even more accessible please let us know by reaching out at freestyle.feedback@gmail.com or by telling us in a review. Thank you!)

Good game, just a few small 'problems', one issue is that the vibrations can be hard to feel through a phone case (Mainly just the initial vibration that tells you the pattern). I think it'd be nice to have a settings menu that allows you to change the strength of Pattern, Error and Success vibrations. Another minor thing is that the Sprint mode doesn't give very much time to jump after feeling the vibration, but honestly that's probably just a skill issue, lol.

Thank you for the detailed review! I added some different vibration options in the settings menu, located under the "How to play" section when you click the "?" from the start screen. (you can return to the start page by pressing the volume up button). Your right about Sprint mode lol, but after playing a few times I hope it gets easier ;)

One of the few, really. It can be overwhelming at first, you just have to feel the haptics, there's no other way. It fills the niche of rhythm games, no daily login rewards, just dedication until you get used to it (which happens quickly), and then you can appreciate the difficulty.

Changed from 5 stars to 3... bcuz I recently got a new phone (Nothing Phone (3a) Pro) and now the vibration functionality doesn't work.... so if the devs can fix that it'll go back to 5 stars ;)

Update: This issue was fixed. Device haptics must be enabled for the game to work, since specific apps can't trigger haptics when they are turned off on a device level. Thank you for reaching out!
