If the same people pay you the same fee every month — gym members, tuition students, studio batches, tiffin customers, society dues — a few of them quietly don't. You usually know who. You just don't want to be the one to ask.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Add a customer — a name and a mobile number is all you need. Import from your phone contacts.
2. Add the fee — amount, due date, set it to repeat every month.
3. Scale sends the reminder on WhatsApp, with a payment link attached.
4. Your customer pays by UPI from a simple web page. Nothing to install, no login, no password.
5. You check your bank and tap Confirm. Next month's fee is created for you.

The payment button opens your customer's own UPI app — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, any of them — addressed to YOUR UPI ID. Scale never holds your money and never touches it. We are not a payment gateway and not a bank.
