How do I register my institute?

Visit our home page and click 'Login'. After signing in with Google, you'll see an option to register as an Institute Admin.

How do I request a refund?
↓
Please email us at [e-mail] with your institute name, registered email, and Razorpay transaction ID. See our Refund Policy for details.

What happens after my free trial ends?
↓
You'll be prompted to subscribe on your next login. Your data is preserved for 30 days after trial expiry before being subject to deletion.

How do students register?
↓
Step 1 — Sign in with Google: Student visits globalportalparent.com → clicks Login → signs in with their Google account.
Step 2 — Registration form appears: Since their account isn't linked to any institute yet, the dashboard shows a New Student Registration form. They fill in: Name, phone, address, time slot, course, and date of joining.
Step 3 — Enter the Institute ID: The form has an Institute ID field. The admin shares their institute ID (visible on the Display DB page) with the student. The student enters it and submits.
Step 4 — Account linked: Their account gets role: student and is linked to the institute. Next login shows the full student dashboard.

Payment Support
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. For payment disputes or failed transactions, please email us with your Razorpay Payment ID and we'll resolve it within 2 business days.
