Possibly the worst app and product I have ever owned. Don't buy this product or anything from this brand company. App is next to worthless, if you have issues like I have had continuously , multiple resets, and uninstalled to reinstall just to get the unit to work probably. If I hadn't owned this product pasted it's return date , it would be gone. Issues issues issues Never stays connected to WiFi Stops working in the middle of cleaning. Can't find its way back to it's base

The machine itself runs into and knocks down everything in its path. It will pick up every single cable and cord on the ground and get all of it tangled before it decides to deactivate. One time, it drug a lamp through the house. Sometimes it will deactivate, mid-cleaning, even when there's nothing tangled in it. The app will not tell me why it stopped. As for the app, it is not user-friendly. Sad I paid $600 for the thing.

Completely buggy, not real-time at all and an obvious midiocure support for the devices (which are midiocure as well). The map of the vacumms are constantly lost and the notifications are not sent (or they are sent all together, when you enter the app, and even then it's random if you get them or not). The only solution would be to change to MI home app, but then you lose google Assistant support (which again is useless after some time, because you can only on/off/dock). Very disappointed buy...
