About this app

Your entire workday behind the wheel, all in one place. ROIG Drivers is the official work app for ROIG bus drivers (Mallorca): every arrival, departure, and excursion on your schedule, with everything you need to complete each service, even when there's no cell service at the airport bus terminal.

This is an internal company app. To log in, you need a driver account issued by ROIG; there is no public record. If you drive for ROIG and need access, please contact your manager.

YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE
- Switch between yesterday, today, and tomorrow with a single tap
- Color-coded cards for arrivals, departures, and excursions show start time, passengers, bus number, route, and status
- The service in progress is highlighted so you always know where you are
- Check your recommended check-in time and daily baggage total before leaving home

PERFORM EACH SERVICE STEP BY STEP
- Start and end services with a single tap
- Airport arrivals: Confirm each booking as passengers board (the list updates in real time as bookings change), indicate your parking space, bay, or bag, and close the load when it's complete
- Departures: Confirm passenger numbers stop by stop, grouped by zone and hotel, with adult, child, and infant counters, and optional comments and photos
- Tap the map marker for any upcoming stop to navigate to it, and use filters to focus on what's left
- Excursions: Follow the planned itinerary with a link to Maps at each point and attach your travel voucher as a photo directly from the bus
- Report any issues with a comment and photo when closing a service
- All the details at your fingertips: agency, flight number, vehicle registration, second driver, luggage, and child seats

WORKS OFFLINE
- Your service list is saved on your device, so it opens instantly, with or without a connection
- Everything you do offline is saved and automatically sent as soon as you're back online. Nothing gets lost
- Clear pending sync indicators show exactly what's missing
- Past and completed jobs become read-only, so you can review them without accidental changes

CHAT WITH YOUR COLLEAGUES
- Private one-on-one chats and group chats with other drivers
- Messages arrive instantly, with unread indicators so you don't miss any

NOTIFICATIONS THAT TAKE YOU TO THE SITE
- Get notified when new jobs are posted or a chat message arrives
- Tapping a notification opens the exact day or conversation, even if the app was closed

QUICK AND SECURE LOGIN
- Log in with your driver number and password
- Optional access with Face ID or fingerprint; Your password is never saved on the device.
- With biometrics enabled, the app locks when it goes into the background and prompts you again when you return.

- Call the office or open the garage door directly from your profile.
- Access breakdown reports for your assigned bus directly.
- Works on iPhone and iPad.

Novedades de la versión 0.8.4:
- Aviso de actualización: la app te avisará cuando haya una versión nueva. Si la tuya deja de ser compatible, tendrás que actualizar para seguir usándola.
- Vales siempre visibles: si no hay conexión con la central, verás los últimos servicios guardados en modo solo lectura. Lo que hagas se enviará al volver la conexión.
- Correcciones más rápidas: algunas mejoras llegarán solas, sin actualizar desde Google Play.
